These materials are designed specifically to support the insights that are provided by individual reports on the Catalyst learning platform and downloadable reports.

The power of this kit is that coaches, trainers, and L&D professionals are able to mix and match the training modules as they see fit. If you are working with Managers, you can choose to include a Foundational module from the Workplace program, and then run through the sections of the Management program. Each module runs less than 95 minutes so you can conduct the course over a period of days, weeks or months.

Workplace on Catalyst
(60 minutes classroom/65 minutes virtual): Your DiSC® Style: Participants walk through the framework of the DiSC® model and review the Everything DiSC map. They learn about their DiSC styles, then discover and discuss personalized insights.
(30 minutes classroom/20 minutes virtual): Your Colleagues: Participants learn about one another on the Catalyst platform. Working in pairs, participants look each other up on the “Your Colleagues” page. They discuss the impact of their continua results on their relationships and find new ways to work together.
(75 minutes classroom/70 minutes virtual): What Drives You: Participants discover their workplace priorities, as well as their motivators and stressors. They see how they compare to people with other styles and consider ways to be more effective at work.
(75 minutes classroom/60 minutes virtual): You and Other Styles
Participants use the DiSC model to better understand the people they work with through video and discussion. They consider how they react to the different DiSC styles and gain insight into their relationship with a colleague based on that person’s DiSC style.
(60 minutes classroom/55 minutes virtual): Build Better Relationships Participants learn how others have bridged their differences using DiSC. To practice building more effective relationships at work, they review tips for working with one colleague based on their DiSC style, and then discuss ways to improve relationships with people of all styles.

Agile EQ on Catalyst
(45 minutes classroom/40 minutes virtual): Your EQ Strengths Participants discover their unique emotional intelligence strengths and the core needs that drive them, and consider how to use their strengths in new ways.
(95 minutes classroom/100 minutes virtual): Beyond Your Comfort Zone Participants learn about the full range of Agile EQ mindsets available to them and why it’s important to stretch beyond their comfort zones to be more agile in how they handle different challenges. They use a combination of personalized insights, video and discussion to consider new ways of responding to complex social and emotional situations.
(60 minutes classroom/60 minutes virtual): Develop Your EQ Participants take steps to develop their emotional intelligence by exploring anticipated difficulties in stretching to new mindsets, choosing a mindset to work on, and creating an action plan for becoming more agile.

Management on Catalyst
YOUR MANAGEMENT STYLE:
Managers learn about their DiSC® management style and the priorities that drive their approach to work. In small groups, they explore the responsibilities that energize them and drain them throughout the day.
60 minutes classroom/60 minutes virtual
PEOPLE READING:
Managers practice a simple method to gauge the DiSC styles of their direct reports. They watch video clips and compete to guess the styles of the characters.
30 minutes classroom/30 minutes virtual
DIRECT & DELEGATE:
Managers discuss their natural strengths and challenges when delegating and directing. They explore how to customize their approach to specific direct reports so they can work more effectively.
60 minutes classroom/60 minutes virtual
MOTIVATION:
Managers explore the type of environment they create for the people they manage and the ways that it might be motivating or demotivating. They learn how they can more effectively tailor that environment to their specific direct reports to create more engagement.

DEVELOP TALENT:
Managers discuss the advantages and disadvantages of their natural style of developing others. They explore the diverse professional development needs among their direct reports so they can best support long-term growth.

Participants explore how their own manager tends to see them. They discuss how they can better connect with that manager, get buy-in, and deal with conflict.

How to use the Catalyst Facilitation Kit
Catalyst was designed so Everything DiSC Workshops are no longer a single event.
Remote and hybrid work settings make it difficult for training teams to conduct half-day training sessions. The Everything DiSC Catalyst training kit is modularized. Each module can be delivered in 30-minutes to 1.5 hours sessions. Trainers can now provide a 3-hour in-person training with multiple follow-up online sessions that last for an hour or less. This allows for more lunch-and-learns, re-enforcement sessions, and information retention from your employees.
Sample One-Month Everything DiSC Catalyst Training Program
Week 1
Fundamentals Module 1 & 2
Timing: 1.5 Hours
Medium: Virtual or in-person
Content: Participants will learn the DiSC framework and discover their personal DiSC Style. Then, they will work in pairs to explore the Catalyst site and discuss behavioral differences between each other.
Week 2
Workplace Module 1 & Agile EQ Module 1
Timing: 1 Hour 10 Minutes
Medium: Virtual
Content: Participants will discover their Workplace priorities and how they compare with other styles. Then, Participants discover their unique EQ strengths and the core needs that drive them. They will consider how to use their strengths in new ways.
Week 3
Agile EQ Module 2 & 3
Timing: 2.5 Hours
Medium: In-person / classroom
Content: Participants will learn the full range of the Agile EQ mindsets. They will recognize why it’s important to stretch beyond their comfort zone. Then, they will take steps to develop their EQ by choosing a mindset to work on.
Week 4
Workplace Module 2 & 3
Timing: 2 Hours
Medium: Virtual
Content: Participants will use the DiSC model to understand who they work with by using videos and discussions. They will then learn how they can bridge behavioral differences using DiSC.
