This profile was designed for managers that work with a group of direct reports and who interact with them on a one to one basis. This profile provides insights in how a person delegates, creates a work environment for their direct report, and how they develop their direct reports.

The Everything DiSC Management profile provides a person with their DiSC Style and their Management Priorities

Your DiSC Style is represented as a dot on the DiSC Map. The placement of your dot matters. The closer to the center of the map means you have a less inclined DiSC Style. On the other hand, the closer to the edge of the map means you are stronger inclined towards a particular DiSC Style.

Your Management Priorities show what aspects of management are significant for you. Every DiSC Style is different, and every priority is listed around the edge of the DiSC Map (Action, Encouragement, Collaboration, Support, Reliability, Objectivity, Challenge, Drive). Everyone has at least three priorities, but a person could have four or five priorities. Having five priorities is no better than having three, and vice versa. 

Management Priorities help managers or potential managers understand what aspect of management they naturally would focus on based on their DiSC Style.

Everything DiSC assessments tests a learner to identify both their DiSC Style and the assessment's Application Priorities. The Everything DiSC Management assessment identifies a manager's DiSC Style to help them see how they may typically behave as a manager. Managers learn they cannot manage one-dimensionally. They learn how to perform management functions in a way that each style will appreciate. 

Everything DiSC provides the most advanced DISC-based assessments  available today. The testing environment uses an algorithm called Adaptive Testing (similar to that used in the SAT for college entrance) to provide both precision and accuracy.

Most DISC-based assessments (including DiSC Classic) use what's called a Forced-Choice testing environment. This testing environment has been used in behavioral testing since the 1950's.  In this model the respondent chooses words from sets of four to identify which is Most or Least like them. Prior to the advent of adaptive testing this with the best way to develop a behavioral assessment. 

Everything DiSC assessments use a 5-point Likert Scale which provides easier response and eliminates the challenge of defining single words. 

Adaptive Testing  then provides a person a specific question based on how they answered the previous question. So, if a person’s responses are inconsistent on a specific scale, (e.g. endorsing some C items high, and some C items low) they’ll receive additional questions to reveal their true C score. Or, if their responses indicate they have two equally strong styles, more questions will be given to determine if one of the styles is stronger.

The result - 32% more accurate than DiSC Classic (the typical forced-choice instrument). Furthermore, the assessment tests a person on 8-scales (D, Di/iD, i, iS/Si, S, SC/CS, C, CD/DC) rather than the standard 4-scales (D, i, S, C). This change makes the report more personalized than ever.

The DiSC Management Profile can be utilized independently, but it is most powerful when utilized as part of the Everything DiSC Management Training Program. This flexible learning process can be delivered using the Everything DiSC Management Facilitation kit.

The learning design uses best adult learning principles, and is available to any organization who would like to provide an Everything DiSC Management workshop. The training is comprised of six 60 to 90-minute modules that teach the following:
