Practical Management Skill Building Modules that Leverage DiSC
Managers have a tough task ahead of them. As technology continues to race ahead, disruptions and change occur. Great managers communicate these changes in a way that motivates and aligns their teams and divisions.
This requires personalizing feedback and direction that empowers direct reports.
Everything DiSC offers a model that can help and is launching a new experience that takes key management concepts and teaches them modularly for easy and quick deployment.
The Management Module Experience - Pilot it Today!
The Management Modules are designed for an audience of managers and leaders of people. After this product is officially released, there will be five topics that will be covered that were developed through extensive research into the most pressing needs of today’s managers.
Each module features an application activity so managers leave the training and put the learning into action right away with their direct reports.
Facilitation and Delivery
Below are answers to some common questions we are anticipating around this pilot experience:
- Are these modules meant for virtual or in-person delivery? The modules are designed for virtual delivery, but they can be adapted for in-person learning experiences if each participant brings their laptop to access the content.
- How many people can be in a single session? The ideal size is between 5 and 15 participants in a single session. Smaller groups are possible, but discussions may not be as lively. Larger groups are also possible, but this will add to the length of the experience or require excellent time management.
- How much time does it take to run a session? Each module is designed to last for 60-minutes depending on size of participnet group and length of the guided discussions.
- How will facilitators access the facilitator materials? Please fill out the form below, and our team will connect you with these resources.
- Is there any cost to the pilot? If you decide to run this pilot internally, there is no cost. Our team can run it for your organization for $995 per session.
- Does this work on mobile? The experience is not yet optimized for mobile. We recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
- What if some members of the team are not familiar with DiSC? This pilot is designed for those who have already taken their Everything DiSC assessment. For this reason, they should be familiar with DiSC prior to participating in a session.
