Everything DiSC® Management Facilitation Kit
Everything DiSC® Management facilitation kit provides a classroom training and personalized learning experience proven to increase the effectiveness of anyone in a management role. This program supports individuals in learning more about their Everything DiSC Management profile.
Participants deepen their understanding of themselves, their direct reports, and their own managers using the Everything DiSC® model while learning how their management style influences their decision-making, time management, and problem-solving. Participants walk away with concrete strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people.
The Everything DiSC Management Facilitation kit training program focuses on:

The Everything DiSC Management facilitation kit includes six one-hour modules, fully-scripted facilitation with engaging activities, and management-focused videos.
The training materials are easily customizable and provide the ability for trainers to switch out video clips, modify components, or add or delete sections to fit any time frame. It includes a scripted leader’s guide and handouts corresponding to the activities and training content. The Everything DiSC Management facilitation kit includes a six-minute introduction to management styles plus 30 segments featuring real-world, management-specific interactions.
