EPIC Credits

The EPIC Assessment Administration system uses a digital currency called EPIC Credits. Credits are used to issue assessment access codes or to create group reports for the following products:

• DiSC Classic
• Everything DiSC
• Everything DiSC on Catalyst
• The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

Credits are sold based on volume pricing and never expire. You must have an EPIC admin account to use credits.

How to get credits

Once you complete your purchase, we will deposit the credits into your EPIC account. This is a manual process to fulfill these orders. For this reason, any orders placed after our regular business hours or over a holiday will be fulfilled within the next business days. For orders placed during our regular business hours, we typically fulfill orders within the hour (and often sooner!).

You must purchase EPIC Credits from the Authorized Partner that is connected to your EPIC account. John Wiley & Sons, the publisher of Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviors, does not sell their products directly. Instead, they rely on a network of consultants and training professionals to sell and support the use of their products.
