  • Provides access to each learner’s personalized DiSC application content— including the downloadable Your DiSC Profile report.

The Everything DiSC on Catalyst assessment platform can be used for both in-person (face-to-face) training and virtual training. Often, the tool is used to create a learning journey where participants meet face-to-face and receive shorter follow-up sessions that take place online.

  1. Everything DiSC Workplace® on Catalyst (Foundation Profile) assessment takes the best-selling Everything DiSC Workplace® experience to the next level. Designed to engage everyone in building more effective relationships at work, Workplace on Catalyst helps people adapt to others in real-time, unlocking engagement and inspiring more effective collaboration. Learners will have access to content to help them understand their DiSC Communication Styles and how to interact more effectively with others at work. This application is required to gain access to the Catalyst platform.
  2. Everything DiSC® Management on Catalyst (Add-on Profile) continues the DiSC journey by helping anyone in a management role successfully engage, motivate, and develop their people. By combining DiSC with personalized management insights, participants learn to adapt their approach to each direct report, improving their management effectiveness in real-time.
  3. Everything DiSC® Agile EQ on Catalyst (Add-on Profile) offers another path within a learner’s DiSC journey by teaching participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. By combining the personalized insights of DiSC with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation.

The Everything DiSC on Catalyst assessment can be used on its own within a training or team discussion context. However, for the best experience, we recommend learners go through a facilitated DiSC Training. Trainers, coaches, HR, and L&D professionals are able to purchase the Everything DiSC on Catalyst facilitation kit, which provides a fully designed training curriculum.

Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst is the foundation profile and is required for learners to gain access to Catalyst. This profile is sold based on volume pricing:

All add-on content costs an additional $54 per content added ($108 in total for adding both Management & Agile EQ). For larger orders (20+ assessments), we recommend opening an EPIC account. EPIC accounts provide facilitators and organizations more control over their assessments, along with the ability to brand the reports with their organizational logos.
