In August 2025, Wiley – the publisher of Everything DiSC® – launched a new way to access the Everything DiSC facilitation materials for Catalyst™. Previously, digital kit holders would enter their serial number and download the files. Today, practitioners will have access more robust practitioner content inside of Catalyst that includes more than just your slide decks.
New Certification Price: $3,395.00/learner (What’s Included?)
Introducing the Catalyst Practitioner Experience
The Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE) completely replaced the digital Catalyst facilitation kit (discontinued August 15, 2025). CPE includes all of the same kit content from the Catalyst digital Facilitation Kit plus access to ongoing updates, free group reports, new educational content, and more.
The Catalyst Practitioner Experience is available for $1,495 until December 31, 2025.

What's the difference between this course and others?
A quick Google search for DISC Certification yields a dizzying amount of results, we know. There are two important things to consider when you’re searching for Certification:

Everything DiSC (with a lower case i) is a registered trademark of John Wiley & Sons. The DISC model was created by William Marston, and there are many other publisher who offer their own versions of the DISC assessment.
We choose to use Everything DiSC because it is tested, validated, and is constantly changing and improving to meet the changing needs and challenges of your learners who will be applying these insights to their daily lives.

So this time you’ve Googled “Everything DiSC Certification,” and you’re still overwhelmed with the search results.
Here’s the good news: Any Everything DiSC Certification you find online will provide you with the Wiley authorized credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.
