The PXT Select Expert Practitioner Certification takes your knowledge to a deeper level, giving you the content expertise and strategies you need to become an expert on how to use and implement this powerful tool in your workplace. During this program, participants will learn:
Learners who complete this course are eligible for 12 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) once they complete the course.
Through this course, you will learn how PXT will fit into an overall hiring process and demonstrate proficiency using the PXT Select assessment, performance models, and reports during a candidate selection process. This course is designed to be practical so you can apply what you learned immediately as you roll out your organization’s hiring procedures. Ultimately, this course is designed to give you confidence when using PXT in your hiring process.
During this course, participants must commit to three weeks of self-directed and instructor-led work (approximately 2-3 hours per week). To get the most out of this course, we want to encourage all participants to be active in all three live sessions (instructor-led). Learners should strive to complete all self-paced work on time so they can get the most out of the live sessions. Finally, there is a final exam. We hope all learners strive to achieve a passing score on the final exam.

The PXT Select certification course will teach and require learners to know how the PXT Select assessment fits into an organization’s talent management strategy, and how to successfully implement it within their organization. This course will help any participate become proficient using the PXT Select assessment, performance models, and the suite of reports in candidate selection and development.
Finally, learners will demonstrate the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders to analyze an organization’s needs and design the most appropriate solution that utilizes the PXT Select solution to make talent decisions with confidence. This course includes:
