Management Training: Essential Skills of Communicating

Essential Skills of Communicating is a 4-hour course that teaches participants how to communicate effectively in a leadership role. The course covers topics such as empowering leadership communication, clear and concise communication, messages designed for the team, listening to communicate, nonverbal communication, and impactful feedback. The course also includes exercises, videos, and a video call to the participant’s boss to help them apply the skills learned in the course.
