Everything DiSC Workplace® facilitation kit offers a classroom training and personalized learning experience that can benefit every person in the organization— regardless of title or position—in building more effective relationships at work.
This application teaches participants to understand themselves and others while learning to appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace. The Everything DiSC Workplace® facilitation kit teaches the foundational concepts of Everything DiSC. With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace.
The Everything DiSC Workplace® facilitation kit teaches the following content:
- Discovering your DiSC® style
- Understanding the styles of others
- Building more effective relationships
- Exploring People-Reading and Comparison Reports (optional)
The Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitation Kit includes three 90-minute modules, fully-scripted facilitation with engaging activities, and a workplace-focused video that features DiSC® styles in real work situations.
This kit also includes optional People-Reading and Comparison Report activities. Easily customize facilitation by selecting and switching out video clips, modifying slides, Leader’s Guides, and participant handouts. Add or delete segments to fit any timeframe or workshop configuration. Facilitation is available as unlocked PowerPoint® slides and Word documents— making building a custom program easier than ever. Your learners will walk away with tools and an action plan that they can immediately apply to their daily interactions and continue to use beyond the program.

The Everything DiSC Workplace facilitation kit is published by John Wiley & Sons. Customers who purchase this facilitation kit and have an active EPIC account are eligible to receive a free 1.5-hour recorded Train the Trainer on using these materials.
