This training program brings together best practices from 300 experts in over 150 organizations, the important work of prominent scholars, and over four years of additional research and development to provide participants with an actionable path toward more effective leadership. Everything DiSC Work of Leaders facilitation kit focuses on helping leaders recognize three important leadership mindsets—Vision, Alignment, and Execution— that help leaders understand their own leadership styles and how their tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.
The concepts are combined with insights from Everything DiSC and derived from the book titled The Work of Leaders.
