What is the DiSC Practitioner Forum?
The DiSC Practitioner Forum is a quarterly event where DiSC Trainers can hear from other practitioners about how they have used Everything DiSC® to accomplish organizational and team learning goals.
This event is open to all clients of Center for Internal Change and The TEAM Approach, including those who have not gone through DiSC Certification.
We aim to provide a space to help establish a community of DiSC Practitioners who can share their experiences and enact real organizational changes using Everything DiSC.
April 2024 Forum Agenda:
This quarter, we are pleased to welcome Linda Trask and Wanda Cerezo from Terumo Medical Corporation.
Linda and Wanda developed a 4-part DiSC session series to integrate the language with Engineers at Terumo.
Expecting pushback, Linda and Wanda found ways to help these teams tie in the insights from DiSC into their day-to-day tasks. Additionally, Linda and Wanda found ways to connect DiSC with employee Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
During this session, we will review:
- How Linda and Wanda connected DiSC with on-the-job applications for highly technical positions.
- How Linda and Wanda tied DiSC into employee IDPs to keep the training insights alive and refreshed.

Wanda Cerezo

Wanda Cerezo has worked in the HR field for 26 years and she is the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Terumo Medical Corporation.
