What is the DiSC Practitioner Forum?
The DiSC Practitioner Forum is a quarterly event where DiSC Trainers can hear from other practitioners about how they have used Everything DiSC® to accomplish organizational and team learning goals.
This event is open to all clients of Center for Internal Change and The TEAM Approach, including those who have not gone through DiSC Certification.
We aim to provide a space to help establish a community of DiSC Practitioners who can share their experiences and enact real organizational changes using Everything DiSC.
January 2024 Forum Agenda:
During this quarter’s practitioner forum, we are focused on how organizations can keep DiSC alive.
We will hear from two exceptional DiSC practitioners within our community and learn about their unique approaches to keeping DiSC alive in their organizations.
Rachel Grant and Sonja Kruger will join Susan Stamm as they discuss:
- How Rachel uses a Team ‘Tune Up’ with managers to help them recognize how much impact a tool or an idea can have on a team.
- How Sonja uses a 30-minute DiSC follow-up webinar to reach back to teams and leaders to refresh them on DiSC basics and team culture.
