Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders is designed for organizations, consultants, or coaches who use 360° feedback or multi-rater surveys as part of their leadership development programs, regardless if they’re targeting emerging leaders, high-potential leaders, or an experienced executives.
DiSC 363 utilizes a feature called CommentSmart. Depending on how a rater assigns a rating to each behavior, CommentSmart will provide a bank of pre-written, researched comments that relate to either higher or lower ratings. These comments are effective and instructive without being damaging to the person receiving feedback. Clear visuals and a conversational narrative style make the profile easier to use and understand. Plus, leaders get their personalized, results-based next steps to answer the questions, “now what”?
Furthermore, leaders can have an unlimited number of raters in the following groups; Direct Reports, Peers, Managers, and Others.
Everything DiSC provides the most advanced DISC-based assessments that are available for purchase. The testing environment uses an algorithm called Computerized Adaptive Testing to provide both precision and accuracy when scoring the test.
As with any 360 assessment, leaders who are the subject of this feedback will rate themselves. This allows for a comparison of how a leader views themself to the perceptions of their constituents. Four respondent groups are available in this assessment: Manager, Direct Reports, Peers and Other.
The leader subjects will respond to the DiSC part of the assessment and provide self-ratings on 72 leadership behaviors. Raters will respond to the 72 leadership behaviors and also 24 leadership requests indicating if they want to see more of or less of a given behavior.
As raters assign ratings to each leadership behaviors, they have the option of choosing a pre-written comment. These researched comments are contextual and will relate to the rating which has assigned for each item in the assessment. These pre-written comments are instructive without being damaging. Everything DiSC 363 does not become a data dump, all too familiar with 360 reports. It provides tips that are specific to a person's DiSC style and the feedback that they received from their raters.
The 363FacReport is designed to use exclusively with the Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders individual report. The 363® Facilitator Report pulls data from multiple leaders to assemble 360® feedback for a group of leaders. Along with a group summary, the 363 Facilitator Report breaks up data by each rater category (e.g. Manager, Peer, etc.), each practice within the individual assessment, and visually through each leader’s 363 graph to compare and contrast feedback from every angle.
Coaches, consultants, and corporate trainers will all benefit from this report as it gives them a full view of the team they are working with. Outside of the aggregate scores, this report also provides the leaders who are the strongest in a certain area compared to the rest of the group.
Coaching Supplement Report
Most of the time, when a 360 report is provided to a leader, a coach, facilitator or mentor supports the leader through a process as they unpack the findings, and develop and implement a plan to act on what has been learned. The 363CoachingSupplement is included in the cost of the assessment and is an excellent resource for the coach supporting the leader.
This report shows where the persons dot falls on the DiSC Map. This is important as this is not illustrated in the DiSC 363 report so that a leader does not necessarily have to know about DiSC to participate. A savvy coach can work with this information providing explaining how aligned the DiSC style and feedback may be for the leader.
The Supplemental report shows the 24 leaders practices (ranked from highest to lowest) and because the assessment is normed, a coach can see how the leader compares to all of the leaders in the system. This report then compares how the leaders 363 rating compare to their DiSC style. Finally, it provides the names of all the respondents in each respondent group who provided ratings.

How to Purchase Everything DiSC 363
While we are able to offer our clients immediate access to take Everything DiSC and DiSC Classic, DiSC 363 requires a small amount of setup and we are unable to provide a code after paying for the assessment.
