Personal Report
All participants must have access to their personal Everything DiSC report (print or digital).
Technical Requirements
Audio and video capabilities plus a reliable internet connection are required.
*If a minimum of four participants are not present with the above requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the session. Sessions cancelled less than three days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Before you purchase your DiSC Debrief:
First, watch this one-minute video.
Next, complete the Respondent Spreadsheet.
- Download and the respondent spreadsheet.
- Provide names and Boeing email addresses for the entire group that will be attending the debrief.
- In column C, indicate if the participant has a recently completed DiSC assessment.
- Assessments will be issued within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
- Upload or Email us the completed respondent spreadsheet.

Session Options:
We offer virtual or hybrid debriefs. Select “hybrid” if your team will be in a room together.
You will also be asked to select the number of sessions (1-4) you’d like your team to attend. Please take a moment to review the range of session learning objectives below.
Boeing Facilitator
Internal DiSC debriefs must be pre-approved by the Boeing assessment team. Please contact GRP Assessments with any questions regarding your internal debrief session.
When you purchase your debrief, under Session Type, choose “Internal Boeing Facilitation.”
DiSC Assessments:
DiSC assessments will be issued by Center for Internal Change (CIC) within two business days after you place your order. Please send assessment related questions to: [email protected]
Send a WebEx Meeting Notice.
Your Boeing or CIC facilitator will be in touch after you place your order.
You will need to schedule the meeting using your Boeing WebEx account. Meeting invitations should be sent to your facilitator and all debrief participants.
For the best chance of receiving your preferred session date(s), please place your order at least 30 days in advance. We can not guarantee that you will receive your requested training date.
