New Year’s Resolutions

In our small organization we find it’s easy to become overwhelmed and fall behind on tasks and projects. Whether you are part of a large or small organization, we’re sure you know that feeling of wishing there was just a little more time to get caught up before a new year, quarter, or project begins.

As last year came to a close, we asked our team the following:

  • What were our three biggest accomplishments in 2018?
  • Where did we miss the mark?
  • What do we want to accomplish the most in 2019?

We hope that your team is taking the time to review, evaluate, and plan for the year ahead. If you are like us, you are already wondering where you’ll find the time to complete a growing to do list. We suggest that you remember this:

You have all of the time that there is.

This statement is more significant when we consider a lesson in the Time Mastery Profile®: Time management is really self-management, and the key to good self-management is creating good habits.

Give yourself and your team the gift of time this year by learning how to create better habits and manage your time more effectively.
