Everything DiSC® Agile EQ Assessment is a classroom training and personalized learning experience that teaches participants to read a situation’s emotional and interpersonal needs and how to respond accordingly.
By combining the personalized insights of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation. In this half-day training, participants will discover their EQ strengths, recognize their EQ potential, and commit to customized strategies for building agility. The Everything DiSC Agile EQ assessment provides participants with valuable insights that help them explore the concept of emotional intelligence and take an agile approach to workplace interactions. In this personalized, 26-page profile, participants will discover their DiSC style, learn about the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions, recognize opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to them, and gain actionable strategies to become more agile in their approach to social and emotional situations. The profile may be used on its own or with the companion facilitation, sold separately.
Everything DiSC Agile EQ Assessment Follow-up Tools
Included in the cost of the Everything DiSC Agile EQ Assessment is access to a learning platform called MyEverythingDiSC®. This site is published and hosted by the publisher of Everything DiSC, John Wiley & Sons. Learners will have access to their Workplace Assessment results and additional learning content around DiSC. They can listen to a podcast about their DiSC Style and connect with other learners who have completed an Everything DiSC Assessment.
