2. Build your skills.

Now that you have feedback, you have a path for growth. Working with a skilled coach is ideal, but can be costly and challenging to work into busy schedules. 3. Create a network for continued learning.

GSL 360 Assessment Instructions

To issue this assessment, you will need to identify 3-5 raters who know you well enough to provide feedback. Your raters can be peers, mentors, direct reports, or other colleagues. Your complimentary assessment will feature essential communication skills. There will be 10, observable behaviors and one open-ended question. You will complete a self-rating for each behavior. Be sure to alert your raters that they will be receiving an email which will prompt them to complete the feedback assessment. The assessment should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
