Facilitator Guide Upgrade - 2023
Updated Guides and Workbooks available now!
New print and digital versions of the Leadership Essentials Series Facilitator Guides and Participant Workbooks are now available! Here is a quick summary of the changes:
- General Improvements: New design, new achievement path graphic, minor edits.
- Facilitator Guides: Workbook pages removed and replaced with a separate workbook to reference.
- Workbooks: Essential Skills of Leadership and Essential Skills of Communicating workbooks can be used in both industrial and office environments. All other courses come with the option of office or industrial skill practice.
- Facilitator Digital Content: All content originally stored on a USB Drive can now be easily accessed from the Vital Learning HUB.

Make sure you have the latest version of your facilitator guides for updated workbooks, graphics, video content (updated in 2016), and PowerPoint slides. You need the new guides to use the new workbooks. You can request a free PDF to print, or a physical copy for $50.
