With CPE, practitioners gain access to the facilitation materials for all DiSC applications on Catalyst – and more! No need to collect multiple facilitation kits or manage data across various websites.

A Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE) license is $1,995.
Until April 30, 2026, existing Catalyst facilitation kit holders can upgrade to a CPE license free of charge.
The Practitioner Community is a place for DiSC facilitators to connect with like-minded professionals. In the community, you will have access to:
- Peer-to-peer discussions to solve problems and share ideas.
- Discussion thread on research and thought leadership.
- Resources for facilitation, product information, and implementation tools.
- Opportunities for exclusive community events.
As always, access to the official DiSC facilitation materials is not required to run a DiSC workshop. Seasoned coaches and facilitators are able to create their own slide decks or debriefing guides to use along with the DiSC assessments and reports.
The Catalyst Facilitation kit has been discontinued and replaced with CPE.
If you are not using the Catalyst platform, the regular facilitation kits for Management, Workplace, Agile EQ, Sales, Productive Conflict, and Work of Leaders are still available for digital download on the kit registration site.
No. Existing Catalyst kit holders can continue to access their facilitation materials through the kit registration site. However, you will not receive access to any updated content as it is developed.
The Catalyst Practitioner Experience is intended to be your one-stop solution for facilitation materials, resources, and learner information. In additional to the normal content you receive in a kit, you will also gain access to learning opportunities and the Practitioner Community.
Catalyst Administrators will also have the ability to explore group insights and generate unlimited group reports.
No, the Catalyst Practitioner Experience cannot be shared. Each user needs their own serial number.
No, serial numbers are not transferable and can only be used by the user who activated it.
The Catalyst Administrator Experience is for admins who will be issuing DiSC assessments, sending reminders, etc.
CPE unlocks a new area of Catalyst that includes your facilitation resources.
For best results, we recommend that CPE users also enable the Catalyst Administrator Experience, which will allow you to access the full features of the site including learner insights and group reports.
