Ryan Companies US, Inc. earned a 2025 Silver Brandon Hall Award for Excellence in the Organizational Teamwork and Collaboration category for its successful “Team Excellence” program. Developed in partnership with the Center for Internal Change, this initiative used frameworks such as Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® to reduce profit erosion on major projects and significantly improve team trust and stability.
