Everything DiSC Training: Learning Path
Our online Everything DiSC workshop is designed to mimic in-person training.
This is not a webinar.
When your team joins this live session, you will engage in activities and partner or small group discussions. We will use polls and other digital activities to help ensure new knowledge is retained. The goal of the workshop is that you and your team will discover insights about yourself and those around you. From these insights, your team will have a tool to better communicate their needs which will improve communication and team culture.
The training program costs $995 for a 2-hour, live, online session (assessments sold separately – $51.75 per assessment):
- Discover your DiSC Style – Learners discover how their DiSC Style affects their workplace relationships and they explore the priorities that drive them at work
- Understanding Other Styles – Participants learn what works for them and what challenges them when interacting with other DiSC Styles.
- Building More Effective Relationships – Learners create strategies and an action plan to overcome challenges when working with people of different DiSC Styles
The total time involved in this learning process is around 3 hours when including the self-paced assessment and exercise.
Anyone who plans to join this workshop is expected to have access to:
- A quiet space
- Their own laptop/computer
- Headphones
- Camera
Here is how the program will work:

Before the training, each individual learner will complete an Everything DiSC Catalyst assessment. This assessment takes between 25-35 minutes to complete.
DiSC Training Pre-Work
DiSC Training Pre-Work
Prior to the session, learners will be asked to complete a short ‘quiz’ that will help orient them to the Catalyst platform. This pre-work will take around 10 minutes to complete.
Join the Live Training
Join the Live Training
Our live, online training isn’t like a typical online class. We use Adobe’s webinar platform called Adobe Connect. Learners will join small group and partner discussions. They will engage in video and other activities to learn their DiSC Style.
Follow-up Activities
Follow-up Activities
After the training session, we will provide learners access to our continuous learning email series. For 14 weeks, learners will receive a weekly email that will give them additional activities and tasks to further their knowledge of DiSC. Additionally, we will provide the Team Leader a support kit that they can use during team meetings or coaching sessions.
