Our Three-Step Process
Below is our three-step process to help teams and organizations make data-informed hiring decisions.
Identify Key Traits and Characteristics
The first step is to collect data about your position and transform it into a measurable model. We do this by taking the following steps:
- Using your job description
- Measuring the traits and characteristics of your high, low, and average performers in the position (if available).
- Getting input from key stakeholders and decision makers
This process can take less than a day to complete.
Assess Your Candidates
The PXT Select Assessment uses adaptive testing to personalize the testing experience for candidates and ensure accuracy. The assessment takes 30-minutes to an hour to complete and measures:
- Personality / Culture fit
- Cognativate Problem solving
- Interests / Motivations
The assessment questions are standardized to ensure bias is minimized from the process.
Interview your Best Candidates
Each candidate who completes the PXT Select assessment will receive a percentage predicting how well they fit your particular role. Additionally, the report will include interview questions tailored to each candidate based on their assessment results.
With these tools, your hiring team can stay focused and make predictions on your candidate’s success baed on data, not intuition.

What does it cost?
We offer two pricing models: Pay-as-you-go and Enterprise pricing.
Enterprise pricing requires a formal quote process that considers projected assessment use and contract term (e.g., 1-year, 2-year, 3-year, etc.). Below is our pay-as-you-go pricing.
We do not charge for consultation or support during the process. You will only pay the assessment fees.
