Does Everything DiSC Essentials Course provide a certification in DiSC?
Everything DiSC Essentials course is not a DiSC Certification course.
The DiSC Essentials course is designed to be lighter in content (compared to DiSC Certification) and more focused on general concepts of DiSC. The course is excellent for supervisors, team leaders, or anyone who is going to be a DiSC champion in their organization. They will walk away with a greater understanding of how to use DiSC without focusing on facilitation or training.
Additionally, this course is perfect for anyone who has used a different version of DISC and wants to get up to speed on some of the nuances of Everything DiSC.
