Everything DiSC Group Reports
When working with a team of people, it might be beneficial to add one of our four Everything DiSC Group Reports. Depending on what type of team you are working with or training you are conducting we hope you consider adding one of these reports:

How to use it: This report is great for team leaders, coaches, or team members.
- Team’s that want to change their culture need change their communication. The Everything DiSC Comparison report will help with that. This report outlines key differences between two people so they can identify what barriers they might have when communicating.
- Team Leader’s should use this profile with all of their direct reports. A team will only buy-in as much as their team-leader has bought in. By having a team leader create a comparison report with all of their reports will encourage buy-in from everyone.
- Coaches can use this report to settle disputes between two individuals. Look to understand if the issue lies in communication versus something more substantial.

Everything DiSC Team View Report
Cost: $15 or FREE with your EPIC account.
How to use it: This report is great for trainers.
- Use this report to prepare for your class (i.e. Are there a lot of C styles in your group? Prepare for lots of concerned questions!)
- Use the report to breakup the class during activities so each group has variety of styles – better yet, ensure that your participants are sitting at tables with people of different styles.
- Use this report as a cheat sheet when a participant asks a question – adapt your personal behavioral style to better answer your participants question based on their style (i.e. Did a person with a ‘D’ style just ask why they have to talk about their feelings? Be direct with them!)

How to use it: This report is great for trainers and to leave with large teams or organizations.
- Use this report to provide a general view of a Group or organization’s aggragate DiSC Culture (i.e. Team A is made up of 55% of the ‘C’ Style; No wonder they are so thorough!).
- Use this report for very large groups (no limit to the number of DiSC reports that you can add to create this report).
- Enlarge the Group Poster so the team or organization can see their DiSC Culture everyday after your workshop.
- Use this report to prepare for your class (i.e. Are there a lot of C styles in your group? Prepare for lots of concerned questions!)

- Use this report to provide a specific view of a Group’s DiSC Culture (i.e. All of the managers are ‘C’s and all of the Assistants are ‘i’s; no wonder there were issues with that project last week).
- Use this report for intact teams (i.e. your Sales department, or your Marketing Department).
- Enlarge the Group Poster so the team or organization can see their DiSC Culture everyday after your workshop.
- Use this report to prepare for your class (i.e. Are there a lot of C styles in your group? Prepare for lots of concerned questions!)
