DiSC Certification Referral Program

Everything DiSC Certification graduates are now eligible to receive a $100 gift card or a similar gift when they refer someone to register and complete a DiSC Certification course through the Center for Internal Change. This referral program is only available through Center for Internal Change. With a successful referral, you are eligible to receive one of the following awards:

$100 Visa Gift Card
50 EPIC Credits
$100 Donation to a charity of your choice

Additionally, the referrals that register for the course will receive a $100 discount from their course cost. Please read the full program rules to determine your eligibility.

Everything DiSC Certification Referral Program Rules

This referral program is only available for Everything DiSC Certification courses that start before December 31st, 2021. To be eligible to refer someone for this course, you must have:

Completed an Everything DiSC Certification course through Center for Internal Change or Wiley.

For someone to be an eligible referral, they must agree with one of the following statements:

They are not purchasing Everything DiSC from another Everything DiSC authorized partner.
They are not currently purchasing Everything DiSC.
They are a Center for Internal Change client, or they have a sub-account with a Center for Internal Change client.

The referral must register for an Everything DiSC Certification course through Center for Internal Change. The referral has the choice of joining a class taught by Center for Internal Change or Wiley’s education team. (View eligible courses here)

We are only able to provide the referral award of 50 EPIC credits to individuals who have an EPIC account with Center for Internal Change or with the TEAM Approach. If you refer a person and you don’t have an EPIC account with either organization, you may only choose the option of a $100 Giftcard or $100 towards a charity of your choice.

A referral award is provided after the referral completes the first week of their certification program.
