What Is NLP?
(Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP is not about fixing people. NLP is a model of change, understanding, acquisition and growth.

NUERO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING provides useful and powerful skills for life. NLP is about Change. Among other things, NLP is the study of subjective experiences and the modeling of excellence. NLP is a remarkable technology originally developed in the 1970’s by co-creators Richard Bandler and John Grinder, who modeled the people they felt represented excellence in various areas. They then developed strategies that could be replicated and taught to others.

NLP provides a number of excellent tools and resources to empower people to make the changes they desire in life. NLP also is a very powerful weapon in combating anxiety, phobias, stress, limiting beliefs and non-resourceful behavior. With NLP one can change feelings of being overwhelmed or immobilized into experiences of self empowerment and feelings of powerful, driving motivation.

Research indicated that through an awareness of how our mind perceives and represents ourselves and our world and ourselves within our world we are able to understand, create and change the subjective realities of ourselves and others in such areas as behaviors, feelings, beliefs, values, and identity.

It has been shown that by understanding how you and others perceive things you can make positive personal, social, and business changes.
