This is the original DiSC Profile the: Personal Profile® Dimensions of Behavior, based the work of William Moulton Marston , the developer of the
four quadrant D.I.S.C. Model (and influenced by Carl Jung), has also been referred to as the DISC assessment, behavioral profile, DISC test, personality profile, and personality test (though it is not a test, as there are no right or wrong answers or
personality or behavioral styles and types).
