Stress is one of the principal causes of lost productivity, family and social breakdown and ill-health, yada yada yada.... Research has shown the importance of taking a break and giving your mind a rest.

So in the interest of science Center for Internal Change       

 Presents the Time Out, Break Zone

Warning: This page is intended as a means of stress management and sanity regulation. It was designed as an active tool to both give your mind a rest and stimulate the parts of it which you may not be using at the moment. Studies have shown regular breaks can increase:  productivity, job satisfaction, worker retention, heath and well-being. Short breaks can also reduce:  frustration, anxiety, anger, and burnout. In the past less effect tools and diversions were used to get the relief we all need, e.g. cigarette breaks. Ten to 15 minutes is an appropriate break.  As some of these games and animations have sound it and my increase your excitement level it is important to be aware and respectful of your co-works. 

It is important to relax!
