In developing the CALM℠ (Career and Life Management) Coaching ™ approach I have integrated my own unique experiences, which include 12 years in the financial and business world and over seven years as a psychotherapist and performance coach plus many advanced certifications and trainings (for more information on my background click here). This is a systemic approach to coaching which combines fundamental theories with the latest research in the areas of human and organizational behavior and development, motivation, change (personal & organizational), systems theory, chaos, and complexity theory, emotional intelligence, humanistic psychology, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), conflict resolution, stress management, leadership and team building & dynamics. CALM℠ Coaching requires forming a trusting alliance between you and your coach, founded on your agenda. As we all have our unique and optimal style of learning, growing, and changing our first objective is to determine how I can best benefit you. I adapt to you. Working as your coach or facilitator, we will identify your goals, as well as, what is keeping you from achieving them. We set benchmarks that measure your progress and the effectiveness of your strategies in meeting your objectives. My job is to help provides you with the tools, support and structure to accomplish your needs. Our mutual commitment is to work together for at least three months so that results will be realized and maintained. Often this is accomplished through weekly in person, telephone, or email sessions, the process is customized to meet your objectives. Each session includes processing, evaluating, strategizing, and feedback. We examine what is working and what is not. Why "CALM" Coaching ™ Coach?
