Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of your order and the UPS or FedEx shipping tables.  You will have several options from ground delivery to next day delivery. We primarily use UPS, but may substitute other carriers. Shipping options and cost are provided to you during the check out process. Online products do not have a shipping charge.

Exchanges & Returns

Center for Internal Change will accept the return of a purchased item if it is returned to Center for Internal Change, Inc. within 15 days and the product has remained undamaged and is in perfect (new) condition. If the item has been opened or damaged, and/or it is past 15 days of purchase, we can not accept the product for any exchange or refund. If there is a refund a restocking fee of $20 or 15%, which ever is more, will be deducted from the credit or refund.  This policy holds true for all paper based.  S&H can not be refunded. Online or web based profiles, reports course, EPIC credits and EPIC accounts and not refundable.

Center for Internal Change, Inc. will never sell, share or rent any of our clients' or customers' information with any organization. We will from time to time make introductions for the purpose of referrals of our services and products with the prior consent and at the convenience of the personal being contacted.
